_______

joseph and i on
opposite ends of office floor
each on our backs on mat singing
what we can remember of

emory, joseph and i
press knuckles to knuckles
in a circle for a pre-abs
trifecta power-up
_______

after folding up blue mats
in the flicked-on lights
ted sails in for a hug

(about me, not him)
after my a two hour dance-hard fest
_______

(plus a few planets)
as we exit
